It will will totter, tremble and fumble after the initial weekend.
RAB NE BANA DI JODI is vey desi at heart with a strong start and an equally strong emotional end. Having said that, you cannot deny the fact that you expect much, much more from Aditya Chopra. RAB NE BANA DI JODI is no DILWALE DULHANIYA LE JAYENGE, it's not MOHABBATEIN either. It's lower than that!
Satyam Shahrukham Surinderam
If you can accept the Aditya Chopra brand of surreal romance without expecting him to change (read upgrade) his style since the last time he directed (eight years back), this divine love story is certainly your cup of tea.
Rab Ne... redefining love
A feel-good film that will make you rediscover love. It's simple, sweet and oddly moving. Watch it with someone you love
Getting the basics perfect!
Simple sets, simple script and a well defined role for all of his characters make Rab Ne bana Di Jodi a simple treat. Surprisingly it lacks all the foreign locales and snow clad mountains but still manages to hold you.
Grandeur but lacks finesse
Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is enjoyable on many parts with fun, frolic, lots of music and dance, pains and emotions. Well, Aditya Chopra gets stuck failing to pen an engrossing screenplay. It's too long, irksome and more predictability when it comes to narration.
