More cool than competent
The director duo tries to be smart but not intelligent. Race is reasonable enough to win a not bad stamp. But isnt imaginative enough to gain a good tag.

Race is the kind of film in which everyone, from the director to the spotboy, mistakes coolness for content. Race is a low-IQ thriller that delivers too few bangs for the buck. Brave it at your own risk.
A cliched Bollywood masala film
The fast cars, horse racing and the locales of South Africa make the film a treat to watch. But as far as the acting is concerned a lot of the times you were left laughing (when you shouldn’t) and cringing (when you definitely shouldn’t!)
Racy is a better name for this movie
If you're content with watching mindless glamour and silly twists being presented as thrills, you might consider this one. But be warned, this frothy soda has nothing else except the fancy bubbles.
A long but thrilling RACE
Race is easily among the better thrillers to come out of Bollywood in recent times. It is nice to see actors being mean for a change. Though at the end you may just find yourself a bit too taxed with the innumerable twists and turns.
